We share the concern of our patients about the increasing cost of medical care. We have tried to set our fees at a reasonable level, based upon this area’s standards and our costs. Payment for office services is expected at the completion of the visit. If you do not pay the co-pay at time of visit, a surcharge will be added and you will be billed.
