Dr. Daniel Curtin is life long resident of New York. He finished his undergraduate degree at LeMoyne College in Syracuse and his medical degree at Georgetown University. Dr Curtin then completed his family medicine residency at St. Joseph's Hospital in Syracuse.

Since 2001 Dr Curtin has been the head team physician for Alfred University providing comprehensive health care services, injury evaluation and treatment plans, weekly onsite clinics and game coverage for all students-athletes participating in NCAA D III intercollegiate athletics. Alfred University has a coordinated multidisciplinary health care team, involving certified athletic trainers and Dr Curtin, providing comprehensive care for students athletes. Dr. Curtin is also adjunct faculty in the Division of Athletic Training.
